In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "399bat" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to 399bat.vu, the online gaming and sports betting platform operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any service provided by 399bat.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player on the 399bat platform, through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Services" — all gaming, sports betting, casino, arcade, slot, bonus, and related services offered through the 399bat platform.
• "PKR Wallet" — the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a Player's 399bat account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or similar benefit credited to a Player's account under a 399bat promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process applicable to all 399bat accounts before withdrawal of funds.

By accessing or using any part of the 399bat platform, including browsing the website without registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 399bat Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 399bat platform and close any active account you may hold. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised version.

To access the full range of 399bat Services, Players must register a personal account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 399bat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment details, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification (CNIC).
• A valid and active email address to which the Player has sole access.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number, which may be used for OTP authentication and account communications.
• Date of birth confirming that the Player is aged 21 years or older.
• A secure account password meeting 399bat's minimum complexity requirements.

399bat reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

KYC Verification

All Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a recent proof of address, and — where required — a selfie holding the CNIC for identity confirmation. Accounts that fail to satisfy KYC requirements within the timeframe communicated by 399bat support may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

In addition to the age requirement, Players must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the 399bat platform:

• The Player must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• The Player must not be accessing 399bat from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where the Player is fully responsible for determining their local legal position.
• The Player must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 399bat or any affiliated gaming operator.
• The Player must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of 399bat, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• The Player must not be using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or that are otherwise subject to legal encumbrance.

399bat employs automated and manual age verification processes at the point of registration and prior to the processing of withdrawals. 399bat cooperates fully with any regulatory inquiry into the age or identity of account holders.

Players are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 399bat account login credentials, including their email address, username, and password. 399bat will never request a Player's password under any circumstances. Any communication purportedly from 399bat requesting a password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

In the event that a Player suspects unauthorised access to their account, or becomes aware that their login credentials have been compromised, they must notify 399bat's customer support team immediately via live chat. 399bat shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain appropriate security over their account credentials.

• Players must not share account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Players are strongly advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their 399bat account.
• All activity conducted through a Player's account — including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by the registered account holder.
• 399bat reserves the right to require re-verification of identity if unusual account activity is detected.

All financial transactions on the 399bat platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 399bat supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. 399bat does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges for which 399bat bears no responsibility.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the 399bat Cashier page and are subject to change at 399bat's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• 399bat reserves the right to reject any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from a fraudulent source or is otherwise inconsistent with applicable financial crime regulations.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification to 399bat's satisfaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the registered name on the Player's 399bat account.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from minutes to two (2) business days depending on the payment method selected and internal verification requirements.
• 399bat reserves the right to conduct additional identity and security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from an account balance at the time a withdrawal is requested if wagering conditions remain unmet.

399bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions, which are communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used for professional arbitrage, matched betting, or any systematic exploitation strategy.
• 399bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a Player account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or misuse of the bonus programme.
• A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at any given time. Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new Players making their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's account separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• All bonus offers have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry shall be removed from the account without compensation.
• 399bat reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, in its absolute discretion.

All bets placed and games played on the 399bat platform are subject to specific product rules that are published within each game or betting market. By placing a bet or initiating a game session, the Player confirms acceptance of the applicable product rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• All bets, once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the 399bat system, are final and binding. Bets may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player after confirmation except as expressly provided in the applicable product rules.
• 399bat reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed based on a manifest pricing error, a technical fault, or any information that was incorrect at the time the bet was accepted.
• In-play betting markets are subject to real-time updating and 399bat cannot guarantee the availability of any specific market at any given time.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 markets — is subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the 399bat platform. These rules address scenarios including match abandonment, player withdrawals, and weather interruptions.
• All casino games on the 399bat platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes conducted in a regulated studio environment.
• 399bat reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any market or game at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

399bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations toward the wellbeing of all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income, solving financial difficulties, or recovering losses.

Players who believe they may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to make immediate use of the responsible gaming tools available within their 399bat account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. • Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion at any time by contacting 399bat support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Once a self-exclusion is in force, 399bat will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the Player from accessing the platform during the exclusion period.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. 399bat will close any account opened by a self-excluded Player on becoming aware of the situation.
• 399bat cooperates with internationally recognised responsible gaming organisations and may provide Players with referral information to third-party support services where appropriate.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399bat platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 399bat.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 399bat platform.
• Using a 399bat account to deposit, transfer, or launder funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to exploit, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage over the 399bat platform, its games, or its betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or sports betting context.
• Exploiting any identified bug, error, technical fault, or pricing anomaly in the 399bat system in order to generate financially advantageous outcomes. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to access or operate a Player's 399bat account on their behalf.
• Conducting any charge-back, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a 399bat deposit that the Player has authorised and used for gaming. Fraudulent charge-back requests will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

All content on the 399bat platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game content, sound files, video streams, and the overall design and architecture of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of 399bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No Player or third party is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 399bat platform or its content without the prior express written consent of 399bat. The 399bat name, logo, and all associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of 399bat and may not be used without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399bat shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the 399bat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the 399bat platform or any part of it, regardless of cause.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits due to circumstances beyond 399bat's reasonable control, including but not limited to payment processor outages, banking system failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information displayed on the 399bat platform that contains a pricing or data error.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses due to compromised login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, 399bat's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

399bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason it deems appropriate in the exercise of its absolute discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of any void or reversed transactions) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon account closure under any circumstances.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 399bat's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 399bat holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 399bat arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 399bat platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the matter being raised in writing, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

399bat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Where a proposed amendment is material in nature — meaning it significantly affects the rights or obligations of Players — 399bat will provide reasonable advance notice of the change by posting a notice on the platform or via email to registered Players.

Amendments that are non-material in nature — including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice and take immediate effect upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent substantive revision.

Continued use of the 399bat platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full. Players who do not accept a proposed amendment should cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
